Tiny Tides 10–18 months

A warm parent-child class that introduces babies to the water through play, bonding and gentle routine.

  • Builds early water confidence and comfort

  • Introduces floating, kicking, splashing and face familiarisation

  • Supports trust, coordination and parent-child connection

Little Waves 18–26 months

A playful parent-child class for curious toddlers ready to move, explore and become more independent in the water.

  • Practises safe jumps, climbing, balance and water movement

  • Builds kicking, assisted swimming, floating and breath awareness

  • Encourages confidence, listening skills and early safety habits

Water Explorers 26–34 months

A transitional class for toddlers preparing for more independent swimming and the next step into structured lessons.

  • Develops independent movement with support aids, kicking and early arm coordination

  • Practises safe entries, exits, jumps, wall recovery and assisted back floating

  • Builds listening skills, turn-taking, instructor interaction and pool awareness
