Level 0 — Water Familiarisation
A playful introduction to the water designed to build confidence, comfort and trust. Children learn to enter and exit the pool independently, explore underwater movement and develop the foundations needed for future swimming skills.
Level 1 — Floating, Gliding & Kicking
Children begin developing body position and propulsion in the water. Through floating, gliding and first kicking exercises, swimmers build balance, independence and confidence in both front and back positions.
Level 2 — Deep Water & Backstroke
Swimmers are introduced to deep water while strengthening their backstroke foundations. Children improve confidence, coordination and water safety skills through independent movement and controlled body positioning in deeper water.
Level 3 — Front Crawl
This level focuses on developing efficient front crawl technique and breathing coordination. Swimmers improve rotation, kicking, body alignment and rhythmic breathing while becoming more comfortable swimming independently in deep water.
Level 4 — Breaststroke
Children are introduced to breaststroke technique while continuing to refine front crawl and backstroke skills. Swimmers develop coordination, timing and endurance through longer distances and more advanced technical exercises.
Level 5 — Butterfly
Swimmers learn the foundations of butterfly, including dolphin kick, body rhythm and breathing coordination. This level also strengthens endurance and technique across all four strokes while introducing diving and more advanced swimming skills.
Level 6 — Training & Refinement
An advanced level focused on refining technique, building endurance and improving efficiency across all four strokes. Swimmers develop stronger coordination, stamina and confidence through structured training exercises and longer swim sets.
